October 8, 2018: At the Spring 2018 ABA National Legal Malpractice Conference, KGPL Partner Mark Sullivan participated in an interactive panel discussion on recent trends in Lawyer Professional Liability Cases. A summary of the panel discussion by KGPL Partner Kayla Riera-Gomez was separately published in the ABA\ BNA Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct which included topics such as judgmental immunity, case-within-a-case defenses, and attorney\client privilege.
