December 17, 2018: At the 2018 Fall National Legal Malpractice Conference, a panel of prominent legal malpractice attorneys discussed the consequences of having access to attorney client records and the records of their client’s clients. KGPL partner Kayla Riera-Gomez was published on the topic in the ABA\BNA Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct, which included subjects such as client-confidentiality, privilege in the context of legal-malpractice actions, and maintaining the privilege.
