Joshua earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 2014. While in law school, Joshua was a competitor on the American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Team and won C.A.L.I. awards in the areas of trial advocacy, criminal law, immigration and evidence. Joshua was also the school President of the American Bar Association, Law Student Division and a member of the Student Bar Association.

Following law school, Joshua began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s office, prosecuting a wide range of crimes from low level misdemeanors to violent felony offenses. Joshua regularly conducted trials, while also securing countless indictments before the Grand Jury as a member of the office’s Gun Suppression Unit.

Following his time at the District Attorney’s Office, Joshua became an associate at a civil litigation defense firm located in New York City. Joshua handled the majority of the firm’s catastrophic personal injury defense matters in the areas of construction accidents, premises liability and municipal liability. Joshua has successfully obtained summary judgment for many of his clients through New York and New Jersey, and has argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. In addition, Joshua was tasked with supervising many of his fellow associate attorneys as to assist in management and evaluation of their files.

Joshua joined Klein Park and Lowe, P.L., as an associate in 2021 after relocating with his wife to South Florida.
